LJ Ross & Associates called me on XX/XX/24 at XXXX CST. I answered the phone and there was no one on the line because they were using an automated dialer. I repeatedly said " hello '' with no response then their system hang up on me. The system did not identify who they were or in any way speak or make any noises. I called back to determine it was LK Ross & Associates. I tried to rectify the issue of them calling me without a collector available using an auto dialer. However, upon speaking to a supervisor he told me to just go the route of filing a complaint... so here it is. I believe this is a violation of my rights under the FDCPA and the TCPA.
