I called after receiving. Text from capital one asking if i authorized a transaction. I reported the claim to the bank XXXX told the representative i had my card with me. However i had a replacement card with the same numbers and lost the Actual card with the same numbers. I called the bank back and told them i lost my card that was active. The bank denied my claim saying a chip was used and they didnt have record of two calls that day. I spoke to a representative today XX/XX/XXXX and told him I however have the two calls on my phone records. I should not be responsible to pay for transactions that were not me and i was willing to even do police reports. I have proof of the two phone calls made to the bank. He said he doesnt have record of the calls but i do.
