I had a credit card through capital one I had owed money to them and I went through my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX to do a debt consolidation loan. They sent Capital One a check which they took and I have proof of that. Capital one then sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who then sued me and won as I was not able to go to court. They are now garnishing my wages so now Im being forced to pay twice.
