Approximately two years ago, NewRez, LLC purchased our VA mortgage. They, once again have increased our mortgage approximately {$800.00}. They add this XXXX XXXX to our mortgage. We had to get an attorney last year and the issue was resolved. I talked to a representative from the company, twice, to try to resolve the issue. They informed me that our property insurance increased. I contacted XXXX, who we have our property insurance. The insurance did increase, but not {$800.00} per month. In addition, my wife and I are XXXX percent military related XXXX and are exempt from property taxes in Virginia. This company per our research on the XXXX website has a history of this deceptive practice, and needs to be stopped.
