This situation is not only causing unnecessary stress but is also damaging my financial standing. It is clear to me that the systems in place at Digital Federal Credit Union are failing to address this matter appropriately. As a result, I am escalating this issue through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to ensure that it receives the attention it deserves. I demand immediate action to correct this error and to remove any adverse information related to this unauthorized credit card from my credit report. Please provide me with written confirmation that this matter has been fully resolved and that my credit score will not be negatively impacted by this issue in the future.
