Unfortunately, Im a victim of identity theft. I provided the Credit Bureaus an FTC Affidavit giving notice to remove these accounts and also requested a fraud alert be added to my credit report. The credit bureaus have refused to remove these fraudulent accounts. I have no knowledge of these accounts and requested the Credit bureaus provide me with information regarding their decision. They are violating my consumer rights by refusing to provide me with the requested proof they used to make their erroneous decision. I have no knowledge of the following accounts which should be removed from my consumer credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The credit bureaus are not actually doing their lawfully required due diligence to verify that these companies actually have lawful proof of these alleged debt accounts. After speaking to the credit bureaus, it appears that they are simply asking companies to verify if my information matches their records. This is not a true investigation. If someone has stolen my personal information and used it to open an account then its obvious that my information would match. The credit bureaus are causing me extreme emotional stress and hardship due their unlawful practices.
