I had recently got approved for an Destiny MasterCard. I have been awaiting for delivery. I called customer service on XXXX XX/XX/2024 and was told that the card was shipped out on XX/XX/2024 and that I should receive it by XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX after not seeing the card was in my mailbox, I decided to login to my account and to my surprise, the card was activated and used at XXXX XXXX for {$500.00} even. I don't understand or know how my card could have been activated by someone without my personal information. I immediately called to report the card as stolen because I didn't even receive it. I also file an complaint with the XXXX XXXX and contacted my local police department. I am an new customer and this is the first time this has happened to me dealing with credit card fraud. I now have to wait up to another XXXX days to receive an new card, and now wait until an investigation is complete before I can recover the fraudulent charge and I have even touched the card. This frustrating and hope that the fraud department can resolve this matter quick. I am willing to press charges against any individual that used my card.
