I have been using SoLo as a XXXX ( i.e. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have money in my SoLo wallet that I would like to use to fund loans on the platform. However, all my attempts at funding loans fail. I have therefore contacted the SoLo team several times ( XXXX days ago ; XXXX days ago ; XXXX days ago ; and today, XX/XX/year> ) to let them know there is a problem in the funding process, and try and find a solution. Every single time, they mentioned that they would create an escalation but that the Engineering team is currently experiencing a high volume of requests. Since my money can not be used to fund loans, I have attempted to withdraw it from my SoLo wallet to my bank account. What is the point to leave this money at SoLo if I am not allowed to use it? It turns out that my multiple withdrawal attempts have also failed. To summarize, SoLo is holding on my money and will not let me use it nor withdraw it.
