I HAD AN AUTO LEASE WITH XXXX XXXX. ON XX/XX/18 THEY RECIEVED A LEASE BUYOUT CHECK FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I CALLED XXXX XXXX 4 TIMES IN XXXX TO CONFIRM THIS INFORMATION, THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND I NO LONGER HAVE A LEASE WITH THE, TODAY I WAS NOTIFIED THEY REPORTED THE LEASE AS DELIQUENT. I CALLED XXXX XXXX AND SPOKE TO XXXX XXXX IN CUSTOMER ESCELATIONS WHO SAID THEY NEVER REPORTED ME AS DELIQUENT. I TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING AT THE NEGATIVE REMARK ON MY CREDIT. I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE ME SOMETHING IN WRITING TO SHOW THIS IS INACCURATE AND HE SAID HIS DEPARTMENT CAN NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING. EVERYONE FROM XXXX XXXX CONTINUES TO SAY MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED WITH THE DEALERSHIP BUYOUT AND THAT THEY NEVER REPORTED ME AS DELIQUENT.
