I have been in contact with Dailypay customer service and for XXXX weeks about their inability to let me log in to my account that they have claimed already exists. They have sent me text messages, emails, I've talked to the website chat employee, on phone with at least XXXX employees and XXXX supervisors which hung up on me. I do have records of many of these conversations and used them in a BBB complaint. They have now put me in touch with their technical team which refuses to contact me through other means other than an smartphone, this is all after various attempts of mine with emails at their suggestion, just to simply sign into my account to correct my profile and Dailypays incorrect data on myself. This is all shown on my uploaded pdf files, along with others I presented to the BBB
