Hi there, I hope you are well. My name is XXXX XXXX from XXXX and running a digital marketing agency here. I open the account with Mercury for XXXX ads run. So, every thing was going smoothly and suddenly Mercury compliance team deactivated my account without any reason on XX/XX/XXXX and there was {$7000.00} balance in my account. They send the check on my registered address. So, the problem is I am from XXXX and cant cash the check. The address is also the virtual address. They send this check back to the Mercury. So, I emailed Mercury multiple times to send my money to my XXXXXXXX XXXX account. But I didnt get any single response from them till now. Im getting depressed.
