When I XXXX from XXXX I got XXXX credit cards. The one in question is my Forever 21 credit card which was paid everytime it was used. I went away to college and never received the bill in the mail. They did not send me an ebill or even an email telling me payment was due. My name on the card is also spelled incorrectly. When I got home from school I received a call stating I am 90 days late on payment. I explained my situation and they removed all of the late fees. I paid off the remaining balance that same day. The bank told me this would be taken off of my credit report since I paid the balance and they removed the late fees. That was in XXXX the late payments are still on my credit report. I have sent XXXX letters to comenity bank and XXXX letter to all of the major credit bureaus. Comenity bank sent me a letter telling them to contact them at a specific number. Which I did. They told me that since the late fee was from XXXX they could not help me. I needed to send a letter to the dispute department. Which I did. I have still not received a response from any department. I just would like some help to get this off of my credit report. I have never had a late payment on any of my cards.
