I called XX/XX/24 @ XXXX XXXX to schedule a payment for the next business day. Today, XX/XX/24 I received an email stating that my payment was late and that I had a late fee. I filed a complaint on XXXX with you reporting that this would likely occur. I kept asking on XXXX if this payment was made and received no reply and stated that the last payment was on time with the report from a supervisor that the late fee from XX/XX/24 would be waived. This is First Access attempting to keep this account open in order to collect fees as evidenced by : I paid on time XX/XX/24 and was told that the late fee was waived - see recording from call, I called the day prior to the due date this month ( XXXX ) to pay and and set up a payment as agreed yet they continue to add late fees ( {$50.00} ) in order to keep this account open when I closed it at this interest rate. I only want to pay off the balance without being subjected to these abuses. My complaint from XXXX shows that I anticipated this attempt to collect more money. This is bad faith. My balance is getting near XXXX and these attempts are increasing. Can you help me?
