Consumer Narrative

I have called and messaged the company to reduce my monthly payment as I have lost my job. The company told me that I can stop making payments until an XXXX but Interest accrues every day so now I owe more than I borrowed. I lost my job and am barely making it, if I cant pay the loan I cant pay the accruing interest. This seems like a very unfair and unethical practice.
