Consumer Narrative

I applied for a online checking account with First Tech Credit Union. After several weeks they asked for copies of my valid government id card, being a N.C. driver 's license, and SSA card. I included my valid U.S. passport, as well. Then, I received an email that my application was declined, and to contact XXXX. I have an XXXX account, and this is a sham, as XXXX has all of my records that match what was sent to First Tech. XXXX has nothing to do with this. They did the same thing to my wife.
