I have already reported Wells Fargo with you before under the complaint id XXXX. They have just mailed me a letter stating that for the third time they are denying my fraud claim. I am extremely disappointed in not only them but you. Wells Fargo has a known history of ignoring fraud or creating it themselves and they had done it again and I felt you did not do your job in watching them and did not keep me informed on anything. I was just put in contact with another worker with Wells Fargo and no check was done to make sure they are actually looking at the evidence provided. I sent wells Fargo and lengthy email detailing the locations of the false charges and my personal location on not only the date that the charges were placed but on several days before as well to thoroughly exclude myself from being the one who made said charges. I showed my fill location history for several days at no point going to any of those facilities but I was still somehow found to be the one going into those establishments and spending amounts of money i have one never spent before and at places i had two never been before. I will upload a word document with this evidence attached to once again prove i was not at those locations and did not spend the money.
