Dear CFPB I wrote by mail to you in XX/XX/XXXX; explained below in detail. Please see summary ; On XX/XX/XXXX ; I was notified by other investors, customers and employees that my ( now ex ) business partner investor frauded the company, customers and all the funds sent by me, all the credit cards, loans since XX/XX/XXXX ; in amount exceeding $ XXXX. I also immediately contacted credit cards, credit score companies by phone ( hours spent ), loan companies, banks, and I was told this was " a civil matter '' to be brushed off and they didnt ask or go after the perpetrator who used XXXX XXXX XXXX to fraud me and others. All 11 banks and loan companies refused to help me. So I went on a search, this is not as they claim a civil matter. THIS IS A FEDERAL crime, and all the records will show that I begged pleaded with these companies, yet they continued and still continue to come after me. I then by email, mail contacted my senators, law enforcementand and law offices of XXXX XXXX in XXXX who handled XXXX XXXX case, to prosecute him. I am writing to inform you to inform all credit card companies, loan companies, credit score companies and reply to me that you received my letters. All the cards and loans in my name XXXX XXXX are used and my funds by this perpetrator, samet siper and his accomplice XXXX XXXX. I ask you to notify these banks as well. As the perpetrator committed a crime of fraud, false documentation, fraud invoices, investment scam, identity theft, tax fraud among many others, I thank you for your support in advance.
