Based on, 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) this account in violation not reporting 100 % accurate. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the list of accounts has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under the 15 USC 1681. These accounts have violated my rights. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 section 602 ( a ) states I have the right to privacy. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 ; It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish accounts without my written instructions. I am requesting for the original copy of the agreement & terms & condition. Failure to comply will forfeit your claims and will require you to delete all the list of items above. You are required to do what I am asking and block these transactions from being reported to my consumer report WITHIN 4 DAYS from the date of receipt of this notice. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE.
