XXXX XXXX XXXX : I have tendered special deposits on XXXX occasions, including XXXX in {$21.00} in XXXX XXXX, a {$2.00} XXXX, and a {$1.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Despite providing notices and evidence of tendering these deposits to XXXX XXXX Bank, the special deposit was not processed correctly. XXXX communication indicated that they do not accept currency and warned of potential legal action, which I find unjustified. XXXX. Insurance Fraud : I am concerned about potential investment fraud and conflicts of interest involving XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, particularly since I have XXXX thousands of dollars in XXXX XXXX. It appears that there may be a collaboration between XXXX XXXX, the alleged mortgage company, and insurance fraud. I request a thorough investigation into these matters and an explanation as to why funds were not applied to my insurance policy. XXXX. Investment Concerns : As an investor in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am also seeking verification of the accuracy of the investment amounts and potential conflicts of interest related to my investments. I request to see a detailed copy of the full accounting ledger related to my investments with XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX. Breach of Trust and Security Concerns : The situation also raises concerns about security fraud and breach of trust. I request that XXXX halt any further collection activities and reporting to credit agencies while this investigation is ongoing. I am demanding a response within 14 days. Please find attached all relevant supporting documentation, including my signed and notarized rescission of signature written in equity.
