I owe XXXX XXXX money for a credit card I used and was unable to continue paying in 2023 when I was left without work for about a year. I tried on several occasions to make a payment plan and XXXX XXXX refused it each time and would not accept any installment I tried to make. I was not even asking for a lowered settlement amount. I asked for a lower monthly installment for 12 months while I got back on my feet and then we can establish a different payment plan that suited both parties better. XXXX XXXX refused. onXX/XX/2023 ( I have a copy of the letter date and time stamped ) I wrote XXXX XXXX and asked them to please accept $ XXXX month to start paying off my credit card debit and this time they did not even respond. Now I find out through 3rd party attorneys that are contacting me to let me know that attorney Lloyd & McDaniel file a lawsuit against me without notification or contacting me. This is the actual first time I have ever heard about this attorney. In addition to this, I fianlly call XXXX XXXX today and after XXXX calls they finally go tme the correct phone # for the attorney in question and when I called they said there is no one to answer the calls. it has been like that all day and no one responds
