Consumer Narrative
I paid the entire balance of the credit card by the due date of XX/XX/year>. The entire BALANCE! And they still charged me interest of {$100.00} after the fact and after the balance was XXXX. The Balance was paid in full and on time. There should be NO INTEREST. My total balance due that needed to be paid by XX/XX/year> was {$5200.00}. and {$5400.00} was actually paid! I paid MORE than the balance that was due by the due date. This is fraud charging customers interest on a balance that they completely paid in full.
