As of today XXXX XXXX XXXX. I herby declare i am unaware of this debt. According to 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts ( a ) Notice of debt ; contents Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing ( 1 ) the amount of the debt ; ( 2 ) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed ; ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector ; ( 4 ) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector ; and ( 5 ) a statement that, upon the consumers written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. I did not have an opportunity. I did not recieve any letter or notification from this company within the 5 days of this account being opened. I did not have an opportunity to address the alleged debt prior to this company billing me for it and placing the account along with its experiences on my credit report. If in fact you believe you gave me proper notification, which would give you legal right to assume the debt belongs to me due to unresponsiveness, please send me the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT containing the CERTIFIED RECIPT WITH THE DATE, MY NAME AND SIGNATURE PROVING I RECIEVED IT AND WAS MADE AWARE WITHIN THE PROPER TIME FRAME. ALSO, according to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) for Permissible purposes of consumer reports A consumer reporting agency may only furnish my information to a third party or affiliate company unless it is for a court case or In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Please also furnish the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT OF WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS THAT I GAVE YOUR COMPANY PERMISSION to report this ALLEGED DEBT to a third party without my consent and other affiliates with whom i have no business. THIS LETTER SHOULD ALSO HAVE MY SIGNATURE PROVING IT WAS ME AND I GAVE WRITTEN INSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. You have 30 days from the date of this notice and complaint through the CFPB to furnish the document of me giving your company written consent/instructions to furnish my information to others without my consent and to provide proof via green certified mail receipt, containing my signature, proving that i was made aware of this alleged debt within the 5 days of its inception.
