Consumer Narrative
My Mortgage Company PHH Mortgage has an escrow account for my property taxes. I received a lien notice on the property. My taxes are due in XXXX. The county is stating that the property taxes have not been paid. In XXXX I received the notice and it was shared with them. They stated they paid the taxes and nothing was due. I have since gotten multiple directives from their team on how to handle. I have checked back in with them many times and they are still reviewing. I keep being told to call back in 3 days, over and over again.
