I have never given my unwritten, written, nonverbal, and verbal consent for any of my information to be disclosed to anyone or third-party. per USC 6802 I have the right to opt out & I did opt out under 16 CFR 313.7 & under 15 USC 6508 this is another notice, letting yall know that I would like yall to opt me out. This company has also violated the terms and conditions of my statement and have been reporting to third-party credit bureaus. The agencies are as follows XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Equifax, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. My information is supposed to be private. under 16 CFR 313 privacy of consumer, financial information How I would l like to remedy this is by removing it off of my credit report and to be compensated {$1000.00} per violation under 15 USC 1692 for violating my 16 CFR 313 rights, privacy of a consumers financial information. & to no longer have reports from this company on any of my credit reports I wish to opt out effective immediately.
