I requested a copy of my MPN for my consolidation loans in group XXXX from Nelnet. Nelnet responded on XX/XX/XXXX, with an incomplete, and what appears to be altered MPN. First, the document Nelnet provided starts on page 3 and does NOT match what is found on DOE website. I have included the blank form, along with the document Nelnet provided for reference. Clearly, these two forms do not match! Not surprisingly, the information Nelnet excluded is the specific information necessary to determine accuracy [ or lack thereof ] the amounts Nelnet claims I owe. This information includes identification of loans that were consolidated, the loan number of the original loan [ s ] being consolidated, and the estimated payoff of the loan being consolidated. Furthermore, the document Nelnet produced as the MPN for these loans is dated XX/XX/XXXX. However, a separate document Nelnet produced with my account summary indicates that the loan was disbursed on XX/XX/XXXX. These dates are 4.5 months apart. This document is also included for reference.
