On XX/XX/XXXX, I woke up to my small business and my personal account being empty. Law firm RAS LAVRAR garnished the money in my accounts and on XX/XX/XXXX they also garnished my pay check. One account they took {$530.00} then my pay check {$1200.00} and business account {$1000.00}. I called the company and to see what is going on and they said I owed a XXXX Credit Card in the amount of amount {$6000.00} from XXXX and that i was sent to court in XXXX. I asked them how could this be and they said there is nothing I can do. I had a debut collector contact me about 2 months ago but did not want to understand that I had no knowledge of this and I had my identity stolen back in around that time period. He was frustrated and so was I so I hung up. He process to call me again a few time and finally left a message that he was moving forward with suing me and wished me luck. I has a couple of calls XXXX with whom I'm now assuming was debut collector because they did not want to give me any information when I asked what this is about. The person said well I got this case on my desk but if you don't want to provide your personal information that is your decision. I told them that they should have my information since they are the ones calling me so with so much scams going on I declined to give him any information. He did not want to provide the company name or reason for the call and we hung up. I have police reports and report to social security office as well as an other police report in XXXX XXXX Florida where the person that stole my identity was working at the time while using my papers and social security number. I had not heard about this XXXX XXXX prior to this. I try to work something out with this law firm but they refuse to work with me as far as payments go so that they can take the garnishment off.At this point I would like to know what my options are since this case is on going.
