This dispute is involving XXXX XXXX XXXX, once again. On XX/XX/XXXX, att sold my personal information to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a closed internet account. I closed the account because I was moving in XXXX of XXXX. I made payment arrangements with att to pay on my bill each month. My first payment was in XXXX and XXXX, along with att put my account in collections. As stated then, I was making payments to att, you can't do that. Well, it is XX/XX/XXXX, and att has yet again sold my personal information to another company named Sunrise Credit Services. Well, the problem again is that I'm still paying att at the store, and you can't do this. This is the XXXX time having this issue with att and its frustrating. Secondly, att has no permission to sell my information because I'm opted out of all their services and I'm opted out on all XXXX credit reporting agencies. I also have a credit freeze on all XXXX of my credit agencies. Why does accounts keep popping up on my credit reports. As stated on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX needs to be deleted immediately from my credit report because I have proof of payment to XX/XX/XXXX Also, I reported att, XXXX and XXXX to experian yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX for this discrepancy to be deleted from my credit report and they agree Furthermore, if it is on my XXXX andXX/XX/XXXX, it needs to be deleted from their As well.
