I am writing formal a complaint against Total Visa XX/XX/XXXX XXXX regarding an ongoing issue with their handling of increasing the available credit on my account. Despite multiple attempts to request an increase in my credit limit via phone calls and emails over the past several months, Total VisaXX/XX/XXXXXXXX has failed to make any adjustments to my available credit. Despite multiple assurances from their supervisors and adherence to their payment posting matrix, my credit limit has not been adjusted as promised. On several occasions, I was informed by supervisors at Total Visa that my available credit would be increased immediately upon sending verification of payment via email. I complied with this request and have attached the email verification and relevant documentation to this complaint. XXXX XXXX at Total Visa confirmed receipt of this email. However, despite this confirmation and adherence to the payment options matrix provided by Total Visa ( also attached ), my credit limit remains unchanged. Additionally, I spoke with a supervisor on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX, who assured me that I would receive a callback from a XXXX within XXXX hours. To date, I have not received any such callback. This lack of follow-through and communication, coupled with what I perceive as deceptive business practices, has led me to seek your intervention. I kindly request that the CFPB assist in addressing this matter to ensure that Total Visa fulfills their commitments regarding available credit adjustments and to bring awareness to their business practices for the benefit of other consumers.
