I was recently trying to purchase a car from this company Carvana, I got approved with a minimum of {$3000.00} down payment. The company keep pushing back my delivery for days just because the wire transfer was taking about XXXX days. Now when I received the vehicle its not like what was described so I requested a return the return was accepted and after they picked up the vehicle they checked and everything was exactly as I received it. After asking them sever times about my refund. They all keep giving me a set of different information. Its been more than a week since Ive returned the vehicle and still cant get any positive about my refund. Its as if they dont care about customer getting their refund. Ive check the internet and see several other customers complaining about this same issue with XXXX. Now today XX/XX/2024 I reach out to them again about my refund. The advocate got the nerve to tell me only yesterday my XX/XX/2024 my refund request was sent. So basically this can clearly show that they have no time or concern about issuing my refund. He also said I have to wait another XXXX days for them to review the request and If its approved then XXXX receive a check. XXXX asking for legal help in this matter because this can clearly show that these people got their vehicle back and doesnt care about me getting my refund back.
