On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I had a court date for non-payment of rent with XXXX XXXX XXXX, at the time it was for XXXX not including attorney fees. I was given 10 days from XX/XX/XXXX to vacate, 10 days from XX/XX/XXXX meant I had to be out on XX/XX/XXXX which I was, I have never been through this situation before so I wasn't aware of how the process worked, so when the judge said 10 days I honored the decision, In a housing XXXX XXXX XXXX participant which is a government funding program that pays a portion of your rent, due to lack of hour I wasn't unable to pay my portion and I want able to get in contact with my housing worker so changes could be made to me income Until after I was out of the unit, once getting in contact with my worker I was informed that needed to make a payment arrangement, this was in XX/XX/XXXX so I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX asking about making arrangements to get informed that my account has been forward to a debt collector company, and I have to wait until someone contacts me, So I wait and still continue to reach back out to the complex to see if I could get the information of the company so i finally got the contact number of Rentdebt Automated collections, that informed me they didn't have my file yet, so time pass I'm still reaching out the debt collector still nothing, in XXXX XXXX i received a call about me account, i didn't write them so the company may have emailed me the information, that's when i explained i need to make arrangement, and i had a concern about a XXXX change on the ledger, so i was told it can be looked into which would be a dispute, i said ok that's fine and thank you, note i had not received and disclosure of my consumer rights nothing, honestly, i didn't know anything about consumer rights, whoever, upon making these arrangement i was asked what would be within my budget and i said {$120.00} amonth or bi-weekly, so i set up the arrangement to be taken from my account, and by me making and keeping these arrangements it wouldn't affect my credit report, is what is was told and i was fine with that so on XX/XX/XXXX {$120.00} was paid, on XX/XX/XXXX i receive a letter from rentdebt with my recept of my payment, along with a letter that says if we have reported this debt to consumer reporting agencies in Acknowledgement of your dispute, we will request the account to be listed as disputed, So as i am looking over the letter and ledger i call the collection company asking question out of concern, about is this on my credit report i was told no, i do and apply for an apartment to find XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported this account to the credit bureaus, i wasn't aware of my rights to opt out nothing until i stated investigating how to go about my situation it was reported on XX/XX/XXXX, The ledge is incomplete, the payment is inaccurate 15 USC 1692e ( FDPCA ) over charge rental portion, i have requested a complete paymrny history ledger still ahvvnet gotten it yet, move-out date inaccurate water damage falsely reported, i continue to request documents still non, I have contacted the 3 major credit reporting agency nothing, yes it has been seen, the stsus change and the date updates, but no paperwork from the debt collector, no paperworked from the credit bureau supporting this account, this has affected my life XXXX I'm seeking a XXXX and a XXXX 2 times aweek, this has life me and my family in unsafe living conditions not to mention poverty and economic needs, making it hard to get back on my feet provide for my family, I'm wasting money i don't have to try to fight this an situation, there's no sleeping or testing, this is XXXX XXXX. this a trigger that's attacking my XXXX emotions and mentally it is hard to cope, I'm just trying to fix my credit the best way I can, you say disputed, but that doesn't help because if it did I wouldn't continue to reach out for help, I'm being mistreated due to my credit history,
