On XX/XX/year>, I purchased items from XXXX ( online ) using my Capital One card ending in XXXX. These items were initially lost in the mail ( the US postal system ). I asked XXXX for help, but they provided no assistance. As a result of not receiving the items for over a week past the delivery date, I filed a dispute with Capital One, and they initially reversed the charge ( {$200.00} ). I later contacted the US postal system for assistance. They were able to find the lost items which I received on XX/XX/year>. I then contacted Capital One Bank and informed them that I wanted to cancel the dispute ( total {$200.00} ) because I received the lost items. Capital One Bank charged back my account for the full amount of {$200.00} on XX/XX/year>. Several items ( of clothing were bought from the merchant ). Upon receipt of the package, I realized that some did not fit, so I returned some of the items totaling {$100.00} on XX/XX/year>. This was returned via the US postal system. The items were received by the merchant in the original condition within the specified time frame, however, they have still failed to issue me a refund. Relevant screenshots have been attached showing that the refund is still " processing '' and has long passed the date that it should have been returned to my account. I have contacted XXXX for assistance, but unfortunately, they have not responded to me. I have also contacted Capital One to dispute this specific amount of {$100.00} which the merchant has failed to return, however, Capital One is failing to assist claiming that I am disputing the same charge twice. I explained that this is not the case, because I am currently disputing a portion of the original amount, since I returned items from that original purchase which has been charged to my account, so, I am still entitled to a refund from the merchant.
