Experian Credit Bureau is refusing to obtain the proof I asked for from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not provided me with the proof I am asking for! This collection account needs to be removed because it is fraudulent! Meaning, I did not put it there, Experian did not put it there, but Experian is allowing it to go on by not removing it immediately from my credit files or providing physical proof that the debt is valid! There is a derogatory file on my credit reports that I am swearing, is not mine. All I'm asking for, is for proof from Experian that the account that XXXX XXXX XXXX says is mine, to simply show me my signature on any agreement or contract and I will stop. But if XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX can not provide the paperwork that proves the debt is mine, then Experian must do what they are responsible for doing which is, to immediately Remove the Fraudulent account off my credit profile. I am asking the CFPB to please assist me with this problem as it is causing XXXX, my XXXX and our business great harm! The file XXXX XXXX XXXX is claiming is mine, is not and either way, they must provide proof as is required by the FCRA. Thank you for your help in this matter.
