I recently disputed some incorrect items on my credit report with all 3 bureaus, and they all claim the disputed accounts were verified as accurate. In my dispute i asked them for a debt validation, and proof of investigation, but the requested items were not sent to me. I am seeking compensation for damages for none compliance. under 15 USC1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) which allows consumers to recover up to {$1000.00}. Their constant neglect to properly report my credit has been affecting me and my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ability to get a car note, credit cards, and apartments. I am wanting for them to be held accountable for their negligence and causing us pain and suffering. XXXX, XXXX and Transunion are tarnishing my name and my identity and it's not right.
