I received a property tax refunds from Washington, D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue ( OTR ) for overpayment of my property taxes. These refunds were sent directly to SN Servicing and they did not apply the refunds based on my request that these refunds be applied to my mortgage payment and they did not provide me with information on how these refunds were applied to my account. I have requested documentation to show how much refund was received from Washington, D.C.s Office of Tax and Revenue ( OTR ) information showing how these property tax refunds were applied to my account and have not received this information. Also, I have requested a payment history, and an escrow analysis and still have not received this information. The account manager is very rude and her rudeness is supported by her supervisor. She has hung the phone up on me on multiple occasions and have refused to provide me information on my account. I need help in making sure that the mortgage company has applied funds accurately.
