I have a mortgage company through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was approved for a Covid forbearance with my mortgage company. I was approved for three months and then an additional three months. And I was in the process of getting my mortgage assessed again for an additional three months. In that timeframe, my mortgage company was switched. When I originally did the forbearance, I was informed that I can have The amount that I had to pay back placed at the end of my loan. The company that was switched told me that I have to pay back all the amount or I will be placed in foreclosure. Explained that I did not have the money at the time and I can do a repayment plan. So I was placed on a repayment plan prior to the Covid forbearance I never missed one payment on my mortgage. My mortgage was always on time. Since I started the repayment plan, I have never missed a payment. The current mortgage company calls every day to tell me that I am late on my mortgage. They send me letters in the mail and they are charging me late fees and additional they are charging me certified delinquency letters as fees on my account. I have reached out to the mortgage company previously and they said it was their mistake so they claimed they removed the late fees. I continue to get late fees and I reached out to them again and nothing has been done. I reached out to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and nothing has been done. I explain to them since I was I was not supposed to be charged late fees. Please I can use some assistance. Im not sure where to go because I continue to get late fees and additional fees.
