Consumer Narrative
Around XXXX XXXX XXXX requsted assistance from vystar representatives for consolidation loan. Im a XXXX and the way they are trained seems inept and communication is confusing to me, if not bordering exploitative, see fs and today XXXX XXXX XXXX i find another transaction notice after i was there on XXXX and the third time they claimed resolved. They offered to combine loans and close credit card. Then i find monthly they are still withdrawing from my checking to fund credot card- that they told me they closed. I return twice and spoke to two of their people, each time waiting a long time and was told issue resolved. But it continued, including in XX/XX/XXXX, 5 months later. One blamed me and told me I had to cancel auto withdrawal and i had to return to sign paperwork, wasting my time. They told me it takes x many days for them to process. However, Today i paid off a loan from XXXX XXXX, within hours, from a phone contact. they sent notice they had canceled my easy pay but the inefficient vystar claimed it could take months and I'm was required to travel and sign documents, in person 3 times. And for the most part they seemed jovial and not apologetic. Adding a felt degree of insult to injury. Today XXXX XXXX XXXX, entered vystar on isb in XXXX to pay off a loan and this time attended to by manager. i asked again if and then why they keep unauthorized withdrawals from my account to fund a card that they allegedly closed. Again, I'm waiting an extended tine as they fumble to another and i have to sign 3rd set of papers to cancel payments that they should have processed 5 months ago. So i feel they owe me for my time and travel, any Interest lost, aggravation, / mental frustration, Any fees charged, any libelous duragatory or inaccurate information that may have affected my credit and credit rates on new loans or credit checks by other institutions for the 6 months including that acquired from competitive institutions, info inaccuracies sent to credit bureaus or that they stated without my permission. Also, a forensic audit by auditor to be disclosed later as i have no confidence in their abilities in loans or any type of transactions, considering they have essentially lied to me about fixing the problems they created and seem very confused, asking me questions about what they have done, asif i can explain their process of ineptitude.or results.
