Date of first delinquency XXXX of 2017. This debt is WELL PAST the 7 years. However, XXXXXXXX XXXX seems intent on updating it every month despite this which is not only illegal, but it is destroying my ability to purchase property. I have called XXXX XXXX on numerous occasions and they have responded with threats to my credit unless I pay EVEN THOUGH IT IS PAST THE SEVEN YEARS they refuse to stop updating it every single month. ACCORDING TO LAW IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS IN FULL yet they are refusing too. This is punitive.
