The Credit Bureaus TransUnion, XXXX XXXX XXXX, can not provide evidence that I consented to them reporting my non-public information, transaction history and that I gave up my federal rights to opt-out and sharing my private information with affiliates/nonaffiliates. Their violations for several years has severely affected my ability to live, work, educate and function financially as a federally protected consumer. The data breach is proof of claim that the willful sharing of my private nonpublic information with affiliates and non-affiliates has made it possible to exposure and theft of my private information caused financial loss. Which has continued to adversely compromise my right to pursue happiness. I have given my instructions to the third-party agency to Remove transaction history and the following per the Federal Law. Instead of adhering to my federal right to opt-out I did not authorize the public display of my nonpublic information.
