I reached out to the three credit reporting agencies via mail with copies of my written letter at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I received no response from any of them in regards to opting out. According to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 it protects me from my school records becoming public. 20 usc ( 1232g ( b ). In my particular case all three credit reporting agencies and the loan company ( Aidvantage ) are in direct violation of the act. XXXX, Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX are in direct violation of 15 usc 1681b permissible purposes of consumer reports. Not one of these companies asked for my consent before furnishing these reports. Also, in violation of 12CFR 1022.3 for identity theft. This was directly added to my report again without my consent. This is reported every month and it has been going on since XXXX of XXXX, which means it has been 135 months.
