I have been using the Bright Money service app for a couple years. I had to stop using them these past 2 years because they would promise me a better credit score and debt settlement if I paid them a monthly fee of $ XXXX. Nothing has changed and they are charging me unexpectedly after canceling their services for 2 years. I tried to look at my account again since they are still emailing me about charges I owe but my account was deleted as said by their representative.
