I purchased a product from a retail established retail store XX/XX/XXXX. Received the item paid with a one time credit card via XXXX of XXXX item was a gift and never opened or used the birthday of the gifted person was XX/XX/year>, upon examining the item is was not what I ordered so initiated an online return immediately. Thru the retailer website, was sent a return label that I had to pay for to return via XXXX XXXX. Package was repackaged UNOPENED and bubble packed tight and dropped at the nearest drop-off point XXXX less than XXXX miles from my residence. Item was 3LBS plus the box and wrappings making it a total, of 5LBS when weighed in and began tracking thia was all by XX/XX/XXXX, the next day. The retailer received the product XX/XX/XXXX and sent a email stating as such. I expected my refund 10-14 later XX/XX/XXXX. N0 refund. I've called a total numbers of 12 times minimum since the XXXX of XXXX. After stating through email thet GOT the item, I still received no money ( refund ) for an item they clearly admitted to receiving. I'm livid by this point and recently contacted them yet again XX/XX/XXXX, They now are back treading saying they didn't receive anything but yet saying now, the box was empty and they didn't get nothing in it, which is a out right lie. The shipping company weighed the package and a empty box doesnt, weigh 5 pounds... I want my money back from these people and since I used XXXX they think Im suppose to pay them for a item I don't possess but yet was acclaimed to have been received initially. scam company and I want my money back on the card I used to purchase the installment that me/and XXXX advanced me the loan to pay it up front in full. Saks Fifth Avenue AND XXXX are the companies I dispute the non actions route they took.
