My mortgage loan was sold to Shellpoint in XX/XX/year>. Before the sale of my loan, my account was under review with Specialized Loan Servicing for loss mitigation. I contacted Shellpoint on XXXX, 2024 to get an update on the status of the review, but was met with the voicemail of my point of contact. I left a message requesting a call back. The system guaranteed my call would be returned within 2 business days. I did not receive a call back at all, so I called Shellpoint again on XX/XX/year> to get an update on the status of my account, but they failed to provide the information and informed me that I needed to speak with my point of contact. I informed the CSR that I left a message for him to return my phone call, which he had not done, and requested that she email him with another request to do so. As of today, XX/XX/year>, I still have not received the phone call I requested from the individual who is responsible for processing my application for loss mitigation. I have received XXXX statements in the mail with my past due balance, and a letter saying that more documents are needed for Shellpoint to process my loss mitigation application, yet the person who I need to speak with has not returned my phone calls are requested.
