Companies involved : Freedom Mortgage PH # XXXX My account # with them : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PH # XXXX Plan # XXXX The problem arose from when payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX was not being paid by Freedom Mortgage. The payment was included with my monthly mortgage payment. During conversation on the phone about this issue, it was discovered that the payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX were being applied to the principal. This has been resolved. The XXXX XXXX XXXX was cancelled on XXXX XX/XX/year>. The payments for XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps popping up on my mortgage statement under other/optional products. My normal mortgage payment is {$840.00}. The XXXX XXXX XXXX payment is listed at {$130.00}. I have spoken to both companies and have come to the conclusion that each company is passing the problem to the other. Please help resolve the error where ever it my be. Thank You! One very disappointed veteran.
