For the last XXXX year and few months starting XX/XX/year>, I, XXXX XXXX have been contacting this credit reporting agency requesting proof of verification of the items they have listed on my credit report. I have sent multiple letters through certified mail, I have a tracking number to verify these letters were received by this agency. However I still have not received any updates or proof of how these items were verified to be accurately listed on my credit report from this credit reporting agency. I have requested verification for the following items : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX {$7100.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Bal {$640.00} According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) reporting agencies are required by law to verify through physical verification of the original signed consumer contract any and all accounts posted on a credit report. Otherwise anyone can give wrongful or worse fraudulent information. I have asked this agency to provide proof for these above items on my credit report but have yet to hear from them about these items and it has been more than XXXX years.
