XXXX XXXX did two unauthorized credit inquiries with XXXX, XXXX, and Experian back on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on my credit report. I have did not authorize this and have not applied for a credit card their company. I mailed letter to them with my Driver License and XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ID showing my identify. My SSN and identify has been compromised in the past. I had to do a police report back in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX has failed to respond to any other my letter even the certify letter. XXXX XXXX should removed the credit inquires for the dates above with all three credit bureaus describe above. I don't what other actions to take and have come to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for help with XXXX XXXX. They won't respond to me.
