I have been a victim of identity theft. I did not open a new account with this medial office and a collection agency has informed me and i see this collection agency and/or medical company on my credit report that i did not open or authorize this account. XX/XX/year>2022 Someone stole my drivers license, discover card, and other cards from me. I filed a police report regarding this theft shorty after i was experiencing fraud attempts using my name. I also suspect this was a previous employee that worked for the same company as me, I only think this because two other co workers i know are experiencing some the same situations.
