This is my second recent complaint against misleading American Express XXXX XXXX practices that violate Truth In Lending and other applicable laws. Yesterday, XX/XX/year>, as my business partner XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trips in support of our travelling business, she informed me that the card had been declined. Without notice, and even though I never had an untimely payment, and all my accounts are in good standing, XXXX XXXX American Express abruptly decreased my credit limit from {$15000.00} to {$9000.00}. The card was a perk for purchasing times shares with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Nobody made it clear that there would be abrupt decreases in the credit limit even though the account remained in good standing. This interfered with my business. On top of everything, I sent XXXX XXXX American Express {$2400.00} just to demonstrate good faith and that my accounts deserved to remain in good standing. Any minor fluctuations in my XXXX score was due to the fact that I was using the XXXX XXXX American Express for business purposes. The card and the time share deal substantially boosted my travelling business. This has to stop. I have NEVER in my life been late on a payment or had an account in bad standing. The misleading practices have to stop
