My name was on a lease for XXXX apts of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, my family was staying with me for awhile, and because of unforeseen circumstances, I became late on rent, I agreed to move out if the case would be dismissed and no debt owed. Their attorney agreed to this and I have screenshots of the conversation my daughter had with this attorneys assistant agreeing to this. It was XX/XX/XXXX.
