Upon the return of my lease XXXX extorted me by threatening to charge me {$750.00} if I did not have their dealer partner replace the brake fluid on the car before it was turned in. This car only had XXXX miles on it after 3 years. The lease was for XXXX miles. The car did not need brake servicing, and this is when fluid is evacuated form the vehicle as part of the normal brake service. This was a totally unnecessary " service ''. I have never been asked in over 30 years of leasing cars from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX to " replace '' brake fluid as a service. I have also never been extorted by the automobile company with a threat of a {$750.00} penalty for not doing so at their dealership partner. I called XXXX XXXX and customer service and was told this charge was removed. However, the {$300.00} I was extorted to pay for an erroneous repair was not. I told XXXX XXXX that I would not pay the {$380.00} disposition fee unless they investigated my complaint about forcing me to do an unnecessary repair at their dealer and not giving me the option of having this accessed at another repair shop. I believe this to be a fraudulent business practice to force me to pay for unnecessary repairs with XXXX dealers.
