In XXXX or XXXX, a loan was taken out fraudulently using my personal information. When I became aware of this fraudulent loan I immediately notified money lion and made them aware of the situation however upon doing so I have not been able to rectify the situation even though they have previously received from me FTC reports police reports FBI reports as well as other documentation showing that I was the victim of identity theft. Also the loan was deposited into a fraudulent bank account with XXXX this account has subsequently been closed because it was determined that this account was in fact opened fraudulently. Unfortunately I have not been able to get money lion to take this off my credit report and thus it is causing a negative tremendous impact on my credit score. Also I have provided them information showing them that my information was bought and sold on the dark web over XXXX times of which included my email address password to my email address along with other various accounts along with the passwords so the individuals that were responsible for this had access to my personal information along with my email address and other information allowing them to open this account however I'm still not able to remove it because XXXX refuses to accept any documentation by not providing a number a fax a link or any other type information to which I can send this information to them. I have attempted several times over and over to get this removed and to get some type of cooperation from moneylion however all of it has been done to no avail
